Why doesn’t a chatbot respond to keywords in group chats?

We’re facing an issue where our chatbot doesn’t respond to keywords in group chats and doesn’t send any replies.

Important detail: we need the bot to react to regular words in group messages, without tagging the bot.

Could you please clarify:

• Is this type of logic supported in group chats?

• If yes, where can it be enabled or fixed in the settings?
