Why are WhatsApp chatbot reminders arriving earlier than the set time?

Hi all,

Please help me understand what’s going on with my WhatsApp chatbot. According to my setup, reminders should be sent between 9:00 and 23:59, but for some reason they started sending at 7:00 😢.

I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’ve set a time filter from 9:00 to 23:59 — if the condition is met, the reminder is sent; if not, there’s a timer until 9:00. Still, messages are arriving earlier than expected.

Message delivery time depends on the time zone set in your SendPulse account. If the account time zone is incorrect, reminders may be sent earlier or later than expected, even if the filters and timers in the flow are configured correctly.

Please check the time zone in your account settings first — this is usually the cause in situations like this 😊
