I'm facing an issue with my WhatsApp chatbot on SendPulse and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this.
Issue: When I trigger a template message to users, it's only showing a single tick (✓) and users are not receiving the messages.
What I've checked so far:
- The template is showing as approved in SendPulse
- This is happening across multiple users, not just one
My questions:
1. Has anyone else faced this single tick issue specifically with template messages triggered from SendPulse?
2. Is this a Meta/WhatsApp side issue or something in SendPulse's delivery pipeline?
