Hi everyone, I need some clarification about the Affiliate Program vs. Agency Panel flow on SendPulse.
I’m trying to understand the correct procedure when I want to:
add a client to my Agency panel
ensure the client gets the €20 affiliate bonus
keep commission rules clear (affiliate vs. agency)
Here are my questions:
1. If I invite a client directly from the Agency panel and the client has never registered on SendPulse before, do they still receive the €20 bonus? Or is the bonus only available when they sign up using my affiliate link?
2. What is the correct procedure if I want the client to receive the €20 bonus and be added to my Agency panel?
Should the client register first using my affiliate link and then be added to the Agency panel?
Or should everything be done directly from the Agency panel?
3. If a client signs up using my affiliate link (which gives a 40% commission for 2 years), and later I add them to my Agency panel, what happens?
Do they keep the affiliate commission terms, or does it switch to the Agency commission level (which is 30% in my case)?
4. If I invite the client directly from the Agency panel without going through the affiliate link, do they still get the €20 bonus?
I’m trying to fully understand the most transparent and beneficial flow both for the client and for us as an agency.
