Is there a WhatsApp integration with CRM for new lead notifications?

I have a question - does SendPulse CRM integrate with WhatsApp?

For example, can I receive notifications in WhatsApp when new leads come in? If anyone knows, please share.

Yes, integration between WhatsApp and CRM is possible — it just depends on what exactly you need.

If you want leads from a WhatsApp chatbot to be added to CRM, this can be done using the “Action” block inside your bot flow. You can configure it to create a contact or deal automatically when a user submits their information.

If you’d like to receive a WhatsApp notification when a new lead appears in CRM, this can also be set up, but it requires additional logic — for example, triggering a bot flow or automation based on a CRM event.

So both directions are possible:

  • WhatsApp → CRM

  • CRM → WhatsApp

It just depends on your specific use case and how you’d like the process to work.
