How to track which channel users came from when joining a bot?

I have a quick question. We’ve created a bot using SendPulse and plan to share the bot link on Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn.

Is there a way to create different links so we can track which channel users came from?
If yes, how can this be set up?

I’d really appreciate your help.
