I'm wondering if there was a way to change customers' names in chatbot conversations. For instance, if a customer provides a nickname or if we want to display a more personalized or corrected version of their name during the interaction, is there a feature or method to update or override the default name shown in the chat flow?
Any guidance on how to implement this鈥攚hether via API, user profile settings, or chatbot logic鈥攚ould be greatly appreciated.
