Google Calendar Appointment booking

I'm trying to make in a chat flow a function to make a google calendar appointment booking:

i'm using mailing list to save this information:

so i'm using zapier to work with google calendar but the data flow is not moving in to zapier:

what am i doing wrong here?

Appreciate if anyone with past experience to guide, or advise me how i can fix this or is there a better way to make a google calendar meeting.
