Has anyone run into this issue?
We’re building an Instagram bot in SendPulse. The client previously had their Instagram integrated with KeyCRM. When we started creating the bot flows in SendPulse, we got an error saying that message control rights belong to another app.
When we try to run the automation, the dialogs show an error:
“Rejected: This action is not valid because you are not the owner of this thread.”
The problem is that in Facebook, we can’t see the settings that are mentioned in the SendPulse guide for the Handover Protocol:

Does anyone know if Facebook changed anything recently or where these settings might have been moved?
