I have a question about working with dialogs in chatbots. Our managers need to quickly find conversations, but the current search options seem very limited.
Ideally, we鈥檇 like to search or filter dialogs by tags, notes, variables, or other contact data. Right now it looks like dialogs can only be searched by the subscriber鈥檚 name, and only if it matches exactly how the contact is saved.
Because of this, managers have trouble finding the right conversation.
Is there a way to filter dialogs using tags or variables, or another way to make searching easier?
