I’m running into something strange and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
When a user taps Start in my bot, the flow doesn’t send the first message.
But if I add an Action block between “Start” and the message, the bot does send it — but only after the user types something.
I feel like I’m missing something simple here.
How can I make the bot send the message right away after someone hits Start?
