I want to build a WhatsApp chatbot for event registration and automated reminders, and I鈥檇 like to check if this can be done correctly.
I have a couple of questions to make sure my logic is right:
Do I need to connect Google Sheets to save emails and/or WhatsApp contacts of people who register?
What鈥檚 the best way to notify only users registered for a specific event, without sending messages to everyone who has already chatted with the bot?
