How do I build a chatbot that sends webinar reminders and answers questions from subscribers?

I want to create a chatbot for my conversation club that notifies subscribers when a webinar starts and answers their questions. Basically a bot that can send announcements and have real conversations based on a script. How do I set this up in SendPulse?
