Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some practical advice on how others manage automation workflows in SendPulse while keeping things clean and maintainable over time.
As automation grows, it’s easy for workflows to become complex and harder to debug or scale. From my experience working with structured digital systems (including workflow design I do through my brand Funnelsflex), I’ve found that simplicity and clear logic usually outperform overly layered automations.
A few things I’m curious about:
How do you structure workflows so they remain easy to understand and update?
Do you follow any naming conventions or documentation habits for automation logic?
When do you decide to split a workflow versus expanding an existing one?
I’d really appreciate hearing how others approach this in real-world setups, especially for long-term automation projects.
Thanks in advance for your insights.
