At our latest AMA, Tania Moroz, our Automation Product Manager, walked through what is going on in SendPulse Automation 360. Here's the short version for anyone who missed it or wants to check what they've already tried.
Let's jump right to it👇:
🛠 The builder is easier to work in
Canvas with no size limits, smooth zoom, and tablet support
Comments — leave notes right on the flow canvas
Block navigator to search and filter blocks by name, type, and status, plus hints on how each element works
Rename a flow in one click, right in the builder
Folders for flows (up to 150 per account) and filtering the flow list by trigger type
🤖 AI inside the builder
The AI assistant remembers your conversation context and answers questions about blocks and logic. It can also build a flow for you: pick a template and write the text for the blocks.
📋 Templates
New template gallery with ready-made flows by category (Ecommerce, Education, Tourism, CRM), and easier editing when you launch one — sender, unsubscribe page, UTM, and variables all in one panel.
⚡ New triggers, conditions, and actions
Start, stop, or branch a flow on a SendPulse Pixel event
Flows without email or phone — triggered by deal or contact data, and a start for chatbot subscribers
"Remove tag" as both a trigger and an action, so tags work symmetrically
Formulas for variables — calculate numbers and dates inside the flow
Telegram: notifications through @sendpulse_notifications_bot, and direct messages to subscribers
Correct triggers for February 29, and dynamic segments now recalculate
💼 CRM and Courses
"Product purchase" trigger, CRM deadline reminders, a "Deal payment" condition, filtering contacts by the responsible manager, updating deal variables from an Action block, and ready-made trigger-to-action scenarios you can set up inside CRM itself.
On the Courses side: course system email variables, access extension up to 2 years, and more languages for course invitation emails.
Open stats now separate real opens from bot scanners, and an unsubscribe only counts when a person does it. There's also an option to keep links permanently valid instead of the default 6 months — worth knowing that enabled links stop being tracked, so it's a trade-off between longevity and click stats.
🚀 What's next on the roadmap

No dates announced for any of these yet, so treat it as direction rather than a release schedule.
Which of these are you excited about the most? 🙂
